Restoration of Ducati 848 1098 1198 S SP R EVO manifold, original finish, do not polish

Dear customer, we are very focused on the subject of restoration, including the area of exhaust manifold systems. 

To restore your tarnished or superficially rusted stainless steel manifold and silencer pipes to their original, like-new condition, we have developed an impressive surface treatment. With our technique, we achieve a surface that corresponds almost entirely to the factory state, provided your manifold system allows for it. In our process, the manifolds are not polished, but rather given an original finish. It is a complex procedure, but it is worth it. The current pictures show a 996sps complete manifold system we refurbished, which was previously heavily tarnished and showed signs of light surface rust.

Fundamentally, however, it always depends on how badly your manifold surface has already tarnished or rusted. Naturally, there are manifold pipes that even our technique can no longer restore to a perfect condition.

That is why we recommend that you send us pictures of your manifold system before the refurbishment so we can see what is possible and provide you with an individual quote.

We can also offer individual repairs for cracked brackets or fractures in combination with our surface treatment.
