The bolts are screwed directly through the caliper, thus connecting both halves. Throw out the old, often rusty bolts and let your brake caliper shine like new again.
We recommend this high-quality stainless steel V4A-316 head screw set.
This is because cheaper stainless steel versions often show signs of rust and often do not have the necessary strength class.
We also recommend having these screws replaced on your brake calipers by a specialist.
These screws allow you to maintain the specified torque. They are tightened with a 5mm Allen key.
We also recommend lubricating the individual screws with copper grease.
