Restoration of the exhaust manifold for Ducati 748 916 996 998 SP SPS R, original finish, do not polish

Dear customer, we are heavily involved in the topic of restoration, including the area of exhaust manifold systems.

To return your tarnished or superficially rusted stainless steel manifold and rear silencer pipes to a mint, original condition, we have developed an impressive surface treatment. With our technique, we achieve a surface that corresponds almost entirely to the condition when delivered, provided your manifold system allows for it. With our process, the manifolds are not polished, but rather receive an original finish. It is an elaborate process, but it is worth it. The current pictures show a complete 996sps manifold system processed by us, which was heavily tarnished and had slight traces of rust beforehand.

In principle, however, it always depends on how heavily your manifold surface is already tarnished or rusted. Naturally, there are manifold pipes that we can no longer restore to a perfect condition, even with our technique.

Therefore, we recommend that you send us pictures of your manifold system before the restoration so that we can see what is possible and provide you with an individual quote.

We can also offer individual repairs for cracked brackets or cracks in combination with our surface treatment.
